About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Engineer to join our team at the AWS Facility Operations Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting our global data center infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and investigate critical infrastructure alarms
  • Monitor the global facility infrastructure platform
  • Perform change tasks and provide first-level troubleshooting for assigned tickets and alarms
  • Follow all processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure records are updated in a timely manner
  • Project manage small scopes of work
