Night Fill Manager Role Overview

This is a key leadership position within the Woolworths Group, responsible for overseeing the night fill operations of a store. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical approach and excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and plan for sales and seasonal events
  • Effective promotional planning
  • Accurate inventory controls
  • Regular use of store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools, PPE for cold areas
  • Strong focus on OH&S and safety
  • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Nightfill team
  • Leading Store Sustainability commitments
