Aged Care Activity Coordinator

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of leisure and recreational activities that align with our Positive Wellbeing Model of Care. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of leisure and recreational activities;
- Support residents to participate in activities, ensuring their safety and well-being;
- Attend to the personal care needs of clients/residents as required, with compassion and understanding;
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, including evaluation of individual resident programs and plans.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or similar qualification. Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with the elderly and team members, are essential. Previous experience in an aged care setting would be highly regarded.
