Coffee Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Coffee Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards.
  • Provide professional and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the coffee area at all times.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and rotation, in line with operational requirements.
  • Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience within a premium coffee environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and beverage presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A professional, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
