As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Account Executives and other Solutions Engineers to develop and present technical solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, deliver value through HubSpot's products and capabilities, and lead technical pre-sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for the customer, helping gather and relay feedback to product teams to ensure future product development aligns with customer needs.
  • Mentor and Coach Sales Teams: Guide and train Account Executives on HubSpot's capabilities, helping them create value-oriented solutions for prospects.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with SEs across the globe on initiatives that improve team processes and customer outcomes.
