Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MC Linehaul Driver to join our team based out of Hazelmere. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting mining freight to our customer mine sites in the WA Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Safety: Demonstrate a commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Load Restraint: Apply safe and compliant load restraint techniques to prevent damage to cargo and ensure secure transportation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to represent Linfox in a professional manner, building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
  • Fatigue Management: Manage fatigue in line with WA fatigue guidelines, ensuring you are well-rested and alert while on the road.
  • Compliance: Comply with Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedures, as well as Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.

Requirements

  • MC License: Hold a valid MC license and have experience with triple road trains.
  • Load Restraint Knowledge: Have a good understanding of load restraint techniques for mining freight.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Have a good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • History of Safe Work Practices: Demonstrate a history of safe work practices and a commitment to safety.
