The role of a nursing assistant is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical skills, empathy, and effective communication. As a nursing assistant at our organization, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our mission.

- Supporting registered nurses with patient care tasks and procedures.
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or IV in any health-related field.
- At least 6 months of full-time experience following your qualification.
- Bachelor of Nursing students in their second year of study may also be considered.
- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Full working rights in Australia.
