Job Opportunity: Retail Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  3. Maintain store displays and merchandising to ensure visual appeal and consistency with company standards.
  4. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash reconciliations.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive store environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
