  • Equipment Management: Order prescribed equipment and maintain the physiotherapy gym, including cleaning and setting up/packing away equipment.
  • Exercise Programs: Run exercise groups/programs and support initiatives to meet client/contract expectations.
  • Collaboration: Consult with physiotherapists/occupational therapists regarding adaptations/changes/progressions of treatment plans for clients as appropriate.
  • Professional Development: Participate in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals in line with Plena Healthcare's policy and procedure.
