Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our project team in the Gladstone Region. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in reinforced concrete structures.

  • Lead a high-performing project team;
  • Successfully plan, manage and deliver contracted works in accordance with client requirements;
  • Accountable for successful project outcomes through effective leadership of the project team;
  • Manage program schedules, risks, safety, operations and resources associated with project deliverables;
  • Expertise in civil engineering and project management;
  • Familiarity with the civil construction industry and current projects;
  • Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications;
  • Effective communicator with clients and project personnel;
  • Ability to lead and implement scheduled programs of work;

Essential Requirements:

  • Industry-recognised qualification in project management or equivalent;
  • Experience in civil-based businesses;
  • Experience in reinforced concrete structures;
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders;
  • Effective time management using strong organisational skills;
  • Lead by example, demonstrating ethical behaviour and integrity;
  • Treat people with respect;
  • Ability to receive direction and follow instructions;
