About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team at Icon Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Power BI solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to ensure our solutions are optimized and efficient.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Power BI Developer who has a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
