Meta Evaluation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to conduct a META evaluation of our programs with a focus on value for money. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of impact assessments and evaluations, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in the NGO or development sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a desk-based review of existing documentation and data
- Assess the quality of previous evaluations and synthesise findings
- Perform Value for Money (VfM) analysis and estimate Social Return on Investment (SROI)
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program design, delivery, and sustainability, as well as experience working with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements:
- Advanced degree in international development, economics, public policy, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in impact assessments and evaluations in the NGO or development sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
