We are seeking multiple Security Relief Officers to deliver exceptional customer service and emergency response across our retail site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of security services and customer care, adhering to industry standards.
  • Perform patrols, access control, and monitoring duties to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations with professionalism and calm, using effective communication skills.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats, taking proactive measures to prevent harm.
  • Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A valid First Aid & CPR certificate, demonstrating a commitment to employee well-being.
  • A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for safety and customer service, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
