Independent Living Support Assistant

The role involves providing support to elderly clients in their homes, enabling them to live independently. We are looking for a part-time employee to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 1pm.
- Key responsibilities include personal care: bathing, dressing and undressing.
- Transporting clients to medical appointments and outings is also an essential part of the job.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with the elderly and experience in culturally diverse communities would be highly regarded. Fluency in a second language is also seen as an advantage.
Requirements- Prior experience in in-home care is necessary.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is required.
- Flexibility and availability for work are key qualities we look for in our employees.
- A current First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's licence and own a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- The ability to use a smartphone is also a requirement.
