Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Administrator to join the Programmed Energy Resources shutdown team in Adelaide for a short-term role.

This position is accountable for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to the business, assisting the maintenance team, and supporting the recruitment, finance, and operations teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing timesheets and ensuring timely completion and submission.
  • Providing day-to-day administration support as required for other operations.
  • Managing PPE and office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Entering data from various sources into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Completing month-end charge sheets, verifying accuracy, and submitting them to Finance for invoicing.
  • SUPPORTING DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND SHUTDOWN EXECUTION.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working within a site administrator role, preferably in the energy resources sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and utilise initiative to problem-solve.
  • C class driver's licence and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage competing demands.
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, ensuring a safe working environment.
