About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our healthcare team as a Scheduler/Resourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for multiple clients, including community, aged care, and hospital providers across the nation. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules for various healthcare providers.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails regarding individual shifts and visits requiring coverage.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries efficiently.
  • Liaise with nursing pools and providers as necessary.
  • Execute entry-level recruitment tasks such as screening, onboarding, and referencing.
Requirements:
  • Ability to commit to the Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-8:30pm roster.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
