Leadership Role in Regulatory Affairs

We are responsible for maintaining and protecting the rule of law by ensuring the integrity of the legal profession.

As a leader in our Licensing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the triage and allocation of enquiries and licensing-related matters received from lawyers, entities, and members of the public. You will ensure that these are appropriately resolved or referred for handling in other parts of the organization.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Relevant experience in a regulatory environment, preferably within a government or licensing framework.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment, allocating work or mentoring junior staff in service delivery.
  • A high level of communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A high level of computer literacy and ability to use information technology resources while upholding confidentiality and privacy standards.
