Job Overview

This full-time, ongoing role is central to our Employee Relations Team, which provides collaborative support to help us achieve our goals and maintain legislative compliance. The team assists schools with employment issues, enterprise agreements, contracts, salaries, policies, and training for principals and leaders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and contribute to the development and improvement of employee relations policies relevant to Catholic schools
  • Provide senior-level support and advice within the employee relations team
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide an advocacy service in Fair Work Commission and other tribunals as required
