Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and multimedia content that aligns with brand standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motion graphics and animation, as well as skills in AI-powered design and video tools for creative and efficient production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative ideas, concepts, and video artwork for internal briefs.

Your responsibilities will include producing QMS trade media videos and multimedia content, creating corporate and product-focused videos and materials, designing mock-ups and animations for sales and development teams, delivering ongoing sales videos and collateral to support commercial goals, and supporting multimedia design for market-specific campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative ideas, concepts, and video artwork for internal briefs.
  • Produce QMS trade media videos and multimedia content.
  • Create corporate and product-focused videos and materials.
  • Design mock-ups and animations for sales and development teams.
  • Deliver ongoing sales videos and collateral to support commercial goals.
  • Support multimedia design for market-specific campaigns and events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital Design, Multimedia Design, and/or Visual Communications.
  • 5+ years commercial experience within a studio, in-house or agency environment.
  • Extensive experience and skills in motion graphics and animation.
  • Skilled in AI-powered design and video tools for creative and efficient production.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Asana.
  • Advanced in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS.
  • Experienced with Blender 3D, 3DS Max, and Cinema 4D.
