Day Spa Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Day Spa Therapist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and care to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

About the Role

This casual position offers a unique blend of natural beauty and world-class amenities, providing the perfect backdrop for a meaningful career in the tourism and hospitality industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering spa therapies, including facials, skin & body treatments, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures.
  • Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms and spa equipment.
  • Completing tasks and services within time frames and to a high standard.
  • Providing timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of services, products, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Performing reception, admin & POS duties as required.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet.
  • Maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Day spa experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a loyal clientele and actively selling products/services.
  • Work efficiently in a team environment and have the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and problem solve.
  • Professional grooming & personal presentation.
