Supportive Care Worker

Deliver high-quality, individualised support to guests in a respite care setting.

You will provide personal care, medication supervision, and specialised care according to each client's care plan. This includes assisting with daily tasks, social support, and ensuring our guests feel comfortable and relaxed in their environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will need good administrative and computer skills, including the use of a smartphone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to guests in a respite care setting.
  • Assist with daily tasks and ensure guests' comfort and relaxation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
