Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer to join our team in Melbourne. As a trainer, you will be responsible for inspiring and delivering assigned programs, providing support and feedback, and monitoring student assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging training programs using comprehensive learning materials
- Provide individualised support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs
- Conduct and mark student assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, review, and improve training and assessment processes
- Participate in quality assurance activities such as validation, moderation, and continuous improvement
- A strong passion for the ECEC industry, preferably with 3+ years of experience
- Relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
