Forklift Operator Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled forklift operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing of orders with high accuracy is essential in this role
  • Counting and checking stock levels regularly to prevent discrepancies ensures business continuity
  • Effective storage and retrieval of stock using forklift equipment optimizes inventory management
  • Unloading and loading trucks safely and efficiently minimizes damage and delays
  • Performing operational duties as required meets the needs of the business
Requirements:
  • A standard Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 3:36 PM shift is required
  • A current forklift license is mandatory
  • Experience with side loader and overhead cranes is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kg without strain is crucial
  • Solid understanding of health and safety procedures is necessary
