Customer Service Professional - Morning Shift

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team as a morning shift retail assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through friendly and helpful service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and meeting sales targets.

The selected individual will play a key role in creating amazing coffees and preparing cold beverages to partner with our delicious donuts. They will also ensure food safety requirements are met and clean duties throughout the store to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Set up, fill and adjust displays as required to create an inviting store atmosphere.
  • Upsell products to customers to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Operate the Barista machine to create high-quality coffees and other specialty drinks.
  • Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks, to pair perfectly with our donuts.
  • Ensure food safety requirements are met, including temperature checks and recording.
  • Clean duties throughout the store to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude towards all tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Barista experience is preferred, but training can be provided.

This is a casual role working from 12AM - 8AM, Monday to Friday, with public holidays and weekend availability.
