About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and team members.
  • Coordinate event preparations, ensuring compliance with corporate strategies and regulations.
  • Manage stakeholder systems, data analysis, and maintain key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards.
  • Streamline internal and external communications, formatting documents and presentations.
  • Manage document archiving, cataloguing, and storage of agreements and communications.
  • Draft and track correspondence in business information management systems and serve as system administrator.
  • Manage daily social media and media coverage for the organization.
  • Act as log-keeper for emergency and crisis management teams.
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare agendas in advance of meetings.

About You:

  • Minimum three years' experience in corporate affairs roles.
  • Sound organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative.
  • Flexible approach with an adaptive style to suit changing workplace requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team projects.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Proficiency in business information management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong data recording, database, and systems understanding and analytical skills.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis, MS PowerBI knowledge and experience is desirable.
