Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative multimedia designs that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing talented designers, conducting user research, and communicating strategic decisions. They will also have excellent storytelling skills, the ability to connect with people through media, and strong organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of multimedia designers
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Develop and implement tools to enhance live streamer experiences
  • Communicate strategic decisions around the future direction of LIVE business
  • Generate content-focused insights to fuel ideation and product strategy

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in management and digital content strategy
  • Experience as a LIVE streamer or spending money on LIVE
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing monetization strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Cinema 4D/Blender
