English Coordinator Opportunity

Matrix Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Coordinator to join our Academic Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate educator to lead a faculty, contribute to course development, and work closely with a team of over 40 English Teachers and Tutors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and producing English courses for NESA stages 4, 5, and 6
  • Writing and editing educational resources, meeting project deadlines
  • Publishing English courses on our online learning management system
  • Teaching regular weekly classes and providing relief teaching as needed
  • Training, mentoring, and performance managing English Teachers
  • Task allocation, quality control, and feedback to the English Resources Writing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of secondary English teaching experience
  • Proven experience in course design and staff management
  • Understanding of student learning styles and effective lesson delivery
  • Knowledge of best practices in engaging students in English
  • Passion for Literature and English teaching
  • Extensive knowledge of the current NESA curriculum in stages 4, 5, and 6 English
