**Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Early Childhood Professional**

At our Long Day Care service, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Room Leader in the Toddlers Room. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of like-minded professionals who share your passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing the educational program, maintaining ongoing records of children's development, and ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations. They will also work closely with the team to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA approved equivalent teaching qualification. You should also have experience working with children aged 4-6 years old and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
