We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a software engineer.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using Python-based frameworks.

  • Maintain and develop backend web systems using Python-based frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, delivery, and fellow engineers.
Requirements
  • Mid-level software engineer with a growth mindset.
  • Experience working as part of cross-functional product teams in early stage environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, especially web frameworks like Django, Flask or FastAPI.
  • Understanding of SQL databases and basic knowledge of database querying.
  • Flexibility to perform a diverse range of tasks, from supporting existing software systems to building entirely new products.
  • Ability to understand customer and market needs and adapt software accordingly.
  • Experience with agile tooling like Git, Jira.
  • Knowledge of web application components and deployment on AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers and other engineers.
