We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cloud & Commerce Cloud Solutions Lead to join our pre-sales organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Solution Engineering team, developing and executing sales strategies, and establishing a deep partnership with Sales Leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Solution Engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to position Revenue Cloud and Commerce Cloud effectively, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.

  • Establish a deep partnership with Sales Leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment between technical and business strategies, influencing account plans, and driving joint success.

  • Proactively collaborate with Account Executives and Sales teams, embedding Solution Engineering into the sales cycle early to shape deal strategy, increase win rates, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, ideally within B2B enterprise software.

  • Experience with Revenue Cloud and/or Commerce Cloud or a strong background in CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, or E-commerce platforms is beneficial but not required.

  • Deep understanding of customer buying behaviours, business transformation, and industry trends in revenue and commerce operations.

  • Track record of success in the Australian market, building relationships at C-level and driving solution-based selling.
