Job Description

As a State Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing operating income across the state. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve their objectives and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves overseeing all state activities, championing our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare solutions, and building relationships with key industry decision-makers.

  • Drive business growth by achieving sales and operating income objectives.
  • Lead and develop your team by training, coaching, and setting performance objectives.
  • Champion safety and compliance by upholding the highest standards of OH&S and environmental matters.
  • Enhance market presence by promoting Air Liquide Healthcare services.
  • Oversee state operations by managing resource allocation and conducting regular audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Strong management, operations, and business development skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • High-level computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems.
