Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a meticulous and organized Body Corporate Consultant to oversee a portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in property management, outstanding communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry regulations. This position demands an individual capable of efficiently managing meetings, correspondence, and insurance claims while maintaining precise records and nurturing robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with the Strata Titles and Community Titles Act and Regulations.
  • Prepare and disseminate notices and minutes for committee and annual general meetings.
  • Communicate with lot owners, addressing inquiries via phone and email within established KPIs.
  • Coordinate insurance claims, work orders, and maintenance requests.
  • Supervise the preparation of Body Corporate Certificates and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide Directors with essential information to support budgeting and resource planning.
  • Generate business referrals and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Conduct site visits and maintain strong relationships with owners, committee members, and developers.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts among various parties as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Strata Master and File Smart applications is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively utilize software systems and maintain accurate records.

  • Adheres to all OH&S procedures and maintains a safe working environment.

Company Policies and Procedures:

  • Complies with company policies, core KPIs, and ensures the delivery of quality customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications; Certificate IV in Property Services preferred.
  • Experience in a Body Corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of industry and Body Corporate legislation.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet KPIs.
