About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Professional Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Geraldton. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with dedicated chefs and colleagues who share a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own sections and consistently deliver a high standard of food throughout service.
  • Take pride in food presentation and ensure top quality.
  • Maintain good verbal and written communication with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Adhere to Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices.
  • Be available for a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
  • Work approximately 38 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
  • Qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
  • Flexible and willing attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
  • Experience in busy commercial kitchens across various cuisines and styles.
  • Completed Trade Qualifications.
