We are seeking a strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our Ecolab team, based in Victoria, Australia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions, leveraging their sales expertise to expand our market presence across Australia.

Job Overview

Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Our Pest elimination Division is committed to providing innovative solutions to protect businesses, customers and the environment from pests.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and capture opportunities with new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Manage and deliver sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Develop account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • A strategic mindset that is results-oriented.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on winning new business.
  • High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
