Job Title: Fleet Mechanical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of mechanical operations strategies.
  • Oversee the field performance of heavy machinery, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Manage relationships with external service partners and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems and associated technologies.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in fleet management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and electronic control systems.
  • Affinity for mechanical machinery and equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
