Experienced Carpenter Wanted for Dynamic Team

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Warriewood NSW 2102. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Carpenter to specialize in metal roofing and cladding installations.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to project specifications.
- Construct and install roof framing, including trusses, rafters, and decking, to support copper and zinc roofing materials.
- Install underlayment, insulation, and moisture barriers to prepare roofing surfaces.
- Fabricate and install copper and zinc roofing panels, flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
- Apply sealants, solder joints, and other weatherproofing techniques to ensure the integrity of the roofing system.
- Collaborate with roofing team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing copper and zinc roofing systems as needed.
- Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Construction White Card and Working at Heights qualifications preferred.
- Relevant qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in proven experience in carpentry, roofing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with copper and zinc roofing materials and installation techniques preferred.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and roofing plans.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
