Are you a meticulous data professional looking to support seamless employee onboarding?

We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent Data Consultant to join our team, focusing on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our onboarding processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management: Monitor and interpret daily data reports to identify and resolve discrepancies across HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance Systems.
  • Process Improvement: Partner closely with Managers, People & Experience teams, and Payroll to support continuous improvement efforts that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Educate stakeholders on correct data processes to build better, longer-term data integrity.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in HR administration, payroll, onboarding, or a data-focused support role.
  • High attention to detail and a drive to investigate and resolve data issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Workday/SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
