The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to both trainers and students, fostering a collaborative environment. This full-time entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, develop strong skills, and take the first step into the corporate world or Disability Service provider.

Main Responsibilities:",
  • Update and maintain learner data in the learning management system (SMS)
  • Process and manage enrolments and pre-course requirements
  • Respond to learner and staff enquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Preparing transcripts and certificates, and working with Quality Assurance to finalise records
  • Updating and maintaining learner information on the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confident Microsoft 365 skills | Strong written, verbal and computer skills
