Description

This All Rounder position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to new situations. You will be working on mine sites, operating equipment safely and efficiently, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and assisting with other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning, deep cleaning, gardening, waste management, and other site requirements.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and proficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as required.
  • Support the growth and development of new team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in mine site cleaning, deep cleaning or gardening.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly across various tasks to support operational needs.
  • Experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment.
  • Previous FIFO experience essential.
  • Sound computer literacy.
  • Valid WA driver's licence.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
