Job Overview

The Production Operative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and preparing raw materials for batching
  • Mixing chemical blends to precise concentrations
  • Pumping liquids and dissolving powders in solution
  • Filling packages with chemicals, from 5 litres to 1,000 litres
  • Manual lifting of 25 kg bags and forklift operation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe production area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hands-on role, preferably with chemicals
  • Current Australian forklift licence (LF)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
  • Commitment to safe operations and procedures
