Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

This role oversees System Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging testing tools and frameworks.
  • Advise teams on adopting AI/ML-driven testing, performance engineering, and shift-left practices.
  • Manage test environments, data setup, and release readiness across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, as well as advanced communication skills. Proficiency in JIRA, Xray, TOSCA, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, and SQL is required.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, along with DevOps practices, is essential.
