Job Title:

Aged Care Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to work in Aged Care, providing high-quality care to residents in the Northern suburbs of Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver person-centred care to residents ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • To develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • To monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
  • A minimum of 12 months full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care facility.
  • Recent experience ideally within the last 2 years.
  • The ability to travel to various sites within the Northern suburbs of Sydney.
