Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze job requirements and initiate mitigation protocols according to industry standards
  • Communicate with customers about project scope and expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of job documentation and updates
  • Operate company equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in related areas

Requirements:

  • Possession of IICRC certifications (WRT is required; ASD, Mold, and Fire Cleaning are desired)
  • 1-3 years experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup
  • Valid driver's license with no DUIs or suspensions within the past 4 years
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Familiarity with MICA, Xactanalysis, DASH, and other restoration software
