  1. Review quarterly capital calls and distributions to investors for each asset.
  2. Examine quarterly management fee and commitment fee files.
  3. Analyze quarterly financial statements and investor reporting across each investment structure.
  4. Review quarterly Incentive Compensation models for each asset.
  5. Assist in preparing capital events.
  6. Coordinate with auditors on a semi-annual basis for financial statement audits.
  7. Work with the Trustee of each entity as needed.
  8. Understand the quarterly expense allocation process across each asset and each underlying investor.
  9. Communicate with and direct various fund administrators.
  10. Prepare cash movements and assist in managing the treasury function.
  11. Calculate quarterly performance metrics.
  12. Gain insight into fund and deal structures.
  13. Attend to ad hoc requests.
