Job Overview
We are seeking a Lubrication and Condition Monitoring Expert to join our team at Iron Bridge. This role is responsible for overseeing lubrication and condition monitoring programs, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.
The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, providing technical expertise, delivering asset condition reports, and implementing strategies to optimise performance and prevent failures.
About the Role- Lead, develop, and support a team of lubrication and condition monitoring technicians.
- Oversee lubrication and condition monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support, supervision, and coaching to employees and contractors.
- Allocate resources, manage schedules, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all work aligns with HSE policies and regulations.
This role requires experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, ideally in a fixed plant environment.
Requirements- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in condition monitoring, lubrication, and fixed plant maintenance.
- Exposure to vibration analysis software and fault diagnosis, with Cat II Vibration Analyst training highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
