Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician with a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our tower cranes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks on all models of tower cranes to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with tower cranes, including electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components to minimize downtime and maintain crane reliability.
  • Completing advanced diagnostic works to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work done, including service reports and repair logs.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles and cranes are compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • A trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with tower cranes, with a focus on electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Experience with computer diagnostics and repair software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
