Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Member to join our vibrant student community at UniLodge Park Central.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver exceptional service and support our residents, tenants, and guests. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, handling resident enquiries, and overseeing check-ins/check-outs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
- Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
- Oversee resident check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
- Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end-of-shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
- Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
- Valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or be willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
