Job Title

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to maintain the highest levels of health and hygiene in our facilities.

This role involves maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, bars, and restaurants, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, organized, and restocked for seamless service. You will also be responsible for handling and storing chemicals and equipment safely and according to Workplace Health and Safety protocols.

To be successful in this position, you will require previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labor, as well as knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venues
  • Clean and sanitise equipment and surfaces
  • Handle and store chemicals and equipment safely
  • Work closely with culinary team to ensure seamless service
