Job Title: Water Safety Professional

Work with us to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our community at our outdoor pools and indoor centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and educate patrons on pool safety
  • Respond to emergencies with first aid, water rescues, and other lifesaving skills
  • Create a positive experience for all pool users
  • Conduct regular safety checks of pools, spas, and saunas
  • Ensure facilities are used appropriately by members and casual patrons
  • Complete reports on incidents and hazards

Our ideal candidate is a skilled lifeguard who is passionate about recreation, safety, and community wellbeing. You will work in a supportive team environment, helping us achieve our goal of providing a safe and fun environment for everyone.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR Certification (HLTAID009)
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Pool Lifeguard Qualification
