About the Role

This is a permanent position with HealthcareLink, a leading Allied Health Company, seeking a Speech Pathologist for a Sydney, NSW location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders in paediatric and adult clients
  • Design, trial, and implementation of low-tech and high-tech communication devices
  • Development, implementation, monitoring, and review of treatment plans
  • Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties
  • Coordination with other allied health professionals and General Practitioners
  • Provision of education to clients, families, the community, and other practitioners/staff
  • Involvement in health promotions and quality improvement activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills and clear report writing skills
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle
  • New or fresh graduates with good clinical experience are welcome to apply
